Not the quality I expected
I have had a Rogue for several years and thought I wanted a new one. I have ordered two in the last couple of weeks and returned the first one because of what I thought was poor quality. I ordered another one and tried it for a few days and in my opinion not good quality either and would like to return it. It already has the outside scratching off.

Good morning Curtis, I saw your message below, left a message on your phone - wanting to speak with you about this. We appreciate your business over the years, and we would like to find a wallet that would meet your needs. The wallet ordered a couple of weeks ago was an Expedition, an imported reversed wallet. We have worked with this India mfr for over 12 years; and we have been pleased with their beautiful stitching. Was it the leather you were disappointed with? It is genuine cowhide top-grain leather; they are able to split it to a very thin level to make for a comfortable, pliable wallet. The next wallet you ordered was a Nantucket in moose leather, a made in Maine reversed wallet. The made in Maine leathers are a bit thicker; and the moose leather is very unique and probably much stiffer than what you’ve been ordering in the past. The moose leather does scratch a bit easier than say, the cowhide or bison leather. But usually a bit of leather conditioner or a person’s natural oils will bring the patina back to original condition. Is there a different leather you’d like to try? I’d like to speak with you to determine what we might recommend so that you are satisfied. Looking forward to speaking with you.

We so apologize for frustration that the postal system has created. We shipped your order via US Priority Mail on March 5th; but it has been stuck in an IN postal facility for 2 weeks. What should have been a 2-3 day delivery is now way overdue, and I’m sorry to learn it was a gift. I spoke with the postal center today, and the tracking on usps.com shows the package was finally processed by the IN facility yesterday and shipped to a Detroit, MI facility last night. Their best expectation is delivery in the next 2 days. Please let us know if you want to request a shipping refund.
