2 Year Guarantee
We stand behind our products. Our two-year guarantee covers defects in materials (leather, rivets, zippers and such) and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Products covered by this limited warranty are repaired or replaced at no charge. Wear and tear from normal use, such as worn edges or creasing of leather are not defects in materials or workmanship, and are not covered. Final sale and factory second merchandise is not covered by our two-year guarantee.

If you should change your mind, any unused product purchased directly from Rogue Industries is eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (excluding embossed items). Then simply mail your new, unused merchandise back to us at the following address.

Before I use it I want to install a zipper across the top. I plan to use it like a handbag and need to make sure stuff doesn’t fall out. That would be my one recommendation: that future totes are offered with a zipper option.
