We stand behind our products. Our two-year guarantee covers defects in materials (leather, rivets, zippers and such) and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Products covered by this limited warranty are repaired or replaced at no charge. Wear and tear from normal use, such as worn edges or creasing of leather are not defects in materials or workmanship, and are not covered. Final sale and factory second merchandise is not covered by our two-year guarantee.

Loved the bracelet! However, just like previous reviewer, LOST bracelet yesterday when came unclasped. Merely was shopping, not working or doing anything physical. Very disappointed, didn’t own two months or wear more than ten times. Thought needs to be given to corrective action, given this makes multiple instances! Rogue industries makes exceptional products with a fabulous staff !
